Clinician Verify
What it does
Sends every OASIS suggestion from QA or a clinical manager to the clinician who wrote it. The clinician sees the documented answer, the suggested one and the reasoning on their phone, then picks which answer stays before they sign.
Why it matters
Clinicians shouldn't have to hear about suggestions to their documentation secondhand. Every suggestion and the reason for it arrives where they already work, so the back office and the clinician stay on the same page.
