WellSky Home Health holds a 3.4 out of 5 rating across 99 reviews on Software Advice (as of mid-2026).
Yes. WellSky Scribe launched in October 2025 as part of the SkySense AI suite inside WellSky Home Health. It listens to the visit conversation and fills in the EHR fields, and the clinician reviews and submits the note. In August 2026 WellSky said the SkySense AI suite is included for its Home Health EHR clients at no additional cost. That is the current answer, and it is fair to ask your rep exactly what "included" covers.
A scribe takes the typing out of one step, the note. That is real, and nurses feel it the same week. A scribe on its own does not touch the rest of the episode: who keys in the referral, who builds the schedule, who reads the chart before the claim goes out. An AI layer on a legacy EHR is still an EHR your team types into. Enzo was built the other way around, so the software reads the referral, drafts the OASIS while the nurse is in the home, assigns the visit and reviews the chart before it bills, and your people approve.
If you are on WellSky and not switching this year, Enzo Scribe, Intake and QA run alongside it. When you are ready for the whole episode to work that way, the EHR is there, and your records come with you.

If WellSky doesn’t meet your needs, here are some alternatives to consider:
Homecare Homebase: Known for its robust compliance tools and real-time visit management, making it ideal for larger agencies.
Kantime: Offers user-friendly workflows and strong billing features tailored to home health and hospice care.

At Enzo Health, we built the first AI native EHR for home health, connected from referral to reimbursement. Agencies replacing WellSky use Enzo to run intake, documentation, QA, scheduling, and billing in one system. Not ready to replace your EHR? Enzo's products also run alongside WellSky individually.
Enzo Intake: reads the referral packet, checks eligibility and service area, and builds the admission decision in about 5 minutes instead of over an hour.
Enzo Scribe: documentation forms during the patient conversation, cutting charting time by up to 75%.
Enzo QA: every chart reviewed before billing, recovering $200 or more per episode for a typical agency.
